Our Process
Step 1 Gather rider InfoStep 2 Receive and disassemble.We have a forum to fill out that helps us know the rider. We can also do it over the phone. We ask a wide range of questions that allows us to give the rider the best settings possible.
Once we have all the info and parts we will begin to clean and disassemble all components. We will notify of any wear items or issues.
Step 4 AssembleStep 3 Race Tech SettingsReassemble all components and finish the rebuild process with new settings inserted. We will always give back any components that we have taken out. We will give an informative sheet that shows what settings the rider should start with.
We will use Race Tech Gold Valve and recommended settings and springs to give the rider the best setting. We will assemble the specific shim stack for the Compression assembly and mid-valve.
