Our Process
Step 1 Record Settings then Dissasembly & Inspection
Step 2 notify of issues and clean all components
We will install new seals, bushings and fill to OEM spec for oil. We will always crosshatch the inner tube (unless there is a DLC or some other coating) to prevent any knicks in the tube that may cut the seals.
After Installation we will reset all rider settings so they can continue riding how they know.
After inspecting your suspension we will notify you of any excessive wear parts that you may want to replace. We always give the choose to the rider but we always give our recommendations. We clean all components that will get reassembled.
We record the riders settings to return to the same settings the rider knows. We clean the external components to prevent any dirt from going inside. We disassemble and drain all oil. We inspect the oil, seals, bushings, coatings.
Step 4 Reset settings
Step 3 Install New Components
Rebuild Vs Revalve
A rebuild is simply a refresh of all the wear components in your suspension. Oil will breakdown and contaminate, changing the feel. There is no change to the valving. We recommend rebuilds based on the hours ridden, and type of riding. We will inform you of when you should get your next rebuild.
